the hotel was very clean and i found that acceptable.
i booked the junior suite with a terrace view, but the description was misleading. the bathroom was actually on the floor below the suite in a common area. other guests could easily pass by, so privacy was limited (i really needed that privacy, you know?).

The location was really good. I had four windows opening onto a canal with a bridge right in front. Three other windows opened onto an alley. The self-contained kitchenette made mornings relaxing before I went out.
The TV did not work during my entire stay. I asked for it to be fixed three times. It was only fixed once but stopped working again an hour later. This was really disappointing because I just wanted to chill with a film after a long day.

Charming Stay near Rialto

I found the location very central and close to the Rialto Bridge. A short walk made everything accessible. The staff were prompt and efficient, which I appreciated. I liked the provided tour options. It made planning easier. The building had a nice front door onto a bridge over the canal.
I noted no elevator, and the stairs seemed a bit steep.

The shared kitchen had a microwave and crockery. A useful feature for longer stays. The air conditioning worked very well, which I appreciated in the warmer weather. The service was modern.

Though no on-site breakfast was available, nearby cafés provided alternatives. I had water and sparkling wine in the mini-bar. It was a nice welcome. It was a charming touch!

the location were really good. it were central to many attractions. the rooftop offered a wonderful space for evening drinks. we did appreciate that.
the tv did not function . i asked for it to be fixed but it did not work correctly. the bathroom are separate from the room, it requiring a key.

The room decor featured a glamorous style. The bed was comfortable. The canal view from the window was lovely.

the tv didn't work for the full stay. i asked for it to be fixed three times. it only worked once for an hour before failing AGAIN.

Really good Stay Close to Rialto

The location was really good near major tourist attractions. I had easy access to the airport via Alilaguna on the orange line. The room and the private external bathroom were very clean. I found the staff lovely and helpful.
I experienced poor soundproofing. I could hear other guests entering rooms during the night and early morning.

The location is ideal, close to Saint Marco and Rialto area with quick access. It is on a bridge right by the Rialto and easy to find. Many restaurants and shops are nearby, including a very good pub.
